Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Processing time allows me to carefully prepare, inspect, and package your bundles to ensure quality standards are met.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified via email if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Free Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Standard Shipping:$5.95 3–4 business days
  • Express Shipping:$15 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond my control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. CAS Collection Hair Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CAS Collection Hair Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

International Shipping

International shipping is available (if applicable). Delivery times and customs fees vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
